Our story
The BBModdings adventure began in 2019 with a simple idea: to bring to life, in 3D, oversized transport vehicles inspired by real-world models. Coming from this background, Benjamin has always been fascinated by these extraordinary vehicles he encounters daily.
The first projects emerged almost organically: a flatbed truck, then a low-loader LB2. As the creations grew, the passion intensified, the projects multiplied, and friends and family began to test, use, and appreciate these creations.
Faced with this enthusiasm, the need became clear: to offer a dedicated platform to distribute these creations effectively. After an initial launch on Gumroad in 2020, BBModdings continues its growth with ever-increasing ambition.
The adventure takes on a new dimension with the creation of the Alpha Team, composed of enthusiasts also from the oversized transport sector, bringing their field experience and expertise. In 2024, BBModdings took a key step with the creation of its own website, followed by a completely redesigned version in 2026.
The BBModdings project
BBModdings was born from a passion, but built on a single principle: to accurately and faithfully recreate the world of oversized transport.
Each project is conceived as a unique piece, where every detail counts: proportions, textures, overall design. The goal isn't simply to create mods, but to offer immersive experiences that are true to life.
Over time, BBModdings has become much more than a personal project. It's an endeavour driven by the constant pursuit of realism, supported by a community of enthusiasts who contribute, test, and refine each creation.
This path wasn't planned from the start, but it exists today thanks to this shared passion.
And the adventure is only just beginning, with even more ambitious projects on the horizon.
